He is survived by: his children, Christie Owens (Eric) and Tiffaney Chapman (Adam); his mother Kay Proctor Wise; his sister Janet Blanchard (James); his grandchildren, Brittany Ortega (Jose), Rebecca Kuznetsov (Konstantin), Michael Sanders and Cameron Chapman; his great grandchildren, Carson, Mia and Cirilla; his nephew Jeremy McGee (Malia); and his niece Kayla Dailey (Austin).
