We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2020, at the age of 73, Sampie Noakes Sr. of Graniteville, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
The visitation will be private. Due to the extraordinary circumstances surrounding the current pandemic, all who attend the service is asked to observe social distancing.
