He was predeceased by: his wife Ann S. Gordon; his parents, William James and Susie Parris Gordon; and his brothers, J. R. Gordon and David O. Gordon.
He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Christopher Gordon (Kenlyn) of Dillon, SC and Stephen Patrick Gordon (Gary D. Summers) of Graniteville, SC; his grandchildren, Vivian Grace Gordon and William Thomas Gordon; and his sisters, Catherine Hamrick (James) of Gaffney, SC. and Betty Sereno of Gaffney, SC..
