He was predeceased by: his wife Janis L. Collum; his parents, Lever Collum and Eula Collum; and his brother Robert L. Collum. He is survived by: his children, Ronald Todd Collum (Teresa) and Tiffiany Seigler (John); and his sister-in-law Emma Collum. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
