He was predeceased by: his parent Leroy Chandler. He is survived by: his parent Frances Jeanette Waller Wigley; and his siblings, Barry Wigley of Bath, SC, Kay Leagans Ware (George) and Fran Pilo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
