He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Kay Viers Linder. He is survived by: his wife Tonya Elizabeth Best Holland; his children, Tearesa Holland, Ryan Holland (Amee) and Courtney Purvis (Phillip); his father Dale Edward Holland; his siblings, David Holland (Kim) and Kimli Holland; and his grandchildren, Dakota Purvis, Brantley Purvis, Riley Holland, Tobias Holland and Asher Purvis.
