It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phoebe Maxwell of Graniteville, South Carolina, who passed away on September 27, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Kendrick and Rueben Spann. She is survived by: her children, Dwayne Maxwell and Lisa C. Maxwell; and her brothers, Freddie Spann (Isolar) of Estill, SC and Curtis Spann. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
Due to the current state of (COVID-19) pandemic and in order to promote social distancing, as ordered by the Governor for the State of South Carolina, anyone entering the funeral home for viewing; as well as attending the graveside service will be required to wear a mask.
