He is survived by: his wife Janice Hurt Slattery; his children, Susan Marie Slattery, Jan Elizabeth Cherry (Trooper), Emerald Leigh Slattery and Patrick Jeffrey Slattery; and his sisters, Helen Mellette (William) and Katherine Collins (Steve).
