He was predeceased by: his grandparents, J. L. Moyer and Billie Dove Counts; and his son Dillon Ray Moyer. He is survived by: his parents, Michael I. Moyer Sr. and Tonya G. Joiner; his son Bradley Ivan Moyer; his grandparents, Jesse and Rosemary Joiner; his sister Alisa Vertucci (Ozzie); his aunts and uncles, Michael Joiner (Tamie), Terry Joiner (Sherry), Jessica Kuk (Jeff) and Angela Domingo; and his nieces and nephews, Ivan, Ozzie Vertucci, Savanna and Ella Vertucci.
