She is survived by: her children, John M. "Mel" Youngblood, Jr. (Karen), Ernest L. Youngblood and Sue Y. Simon (Willie); her daughter-in-law Donna Youngblood; and her sister Evelyn Napier. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren.
