She is survived by: her siblings, Terry McIntosh (Jean) of North Augusta, SC, James E. McIntosh (late Cammie) of Bath, SC, Connie Adkins (Jerry) of North Augusta, SC and Yvonna McIntosh of North Augusta, SC; her grandchildren, Brandon Andrew Blackwell of North Augusta, SC and Lauren Blackwell Turner (Cody) of Evans, GA; and her great grandchildren, Skylar Elizabeth Turner and Caleb James Turner.
