Marilyn Flenthrope left this world on December 27, 2024 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Eugene and Grace Perry Flenthrope; and her brother Ronald Flenthrope. She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Reames (Jeff) of North Augusta, SC, Lori Rutland (Dean) of Brown Summit, Michele Golden of Graniteville and Wade Golden of Graniteville, SC; her siblings, Jean Ohlde of Tulsa, OK and Gary Flenthrope (Patti) of St. Joseph, Missouri; her grandchildren, Lee Moore (Amy), Michael Rutland (Rachel) and Brandon Rutland; her great grandchildren, Adam Rutland, Brayden Reames, Hanna Rutland, Beyla Rutland, Briar Marilyn Rutland and Finley Rutland; and her nieces and nephews, Robert Ohlde, Ron Ohlde, Randy Ohlde (Stacy), Mike Flenthrope (Jenny), Gary D. Flenthrope (Lindsey) and Chris Flenthrope (April).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service (3464 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Graniteville, SC 29829). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Hatcher Funeral Home Chapel (3464 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Graniteville, SC 29829).
