She is survived by: her sons, Charles H. Bates (Martha) of Trenton, SC and Doug Durden (Denise) of Graniteville, SC; her sister Brenda Morgan (Don) of Graniteville, SC; her grandchildren, Thomas C. Bates, Jackson Bates, Amanda Bates, Randee Durden and Ryleigh Durden; her great grandchildren, Emilia Bates and Ada Bates; and her niece Beverly Wilson of Virginia.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service (3464 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Graniteville, SC 29829). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Hatcher Funeral Home Chapel (3464 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Graniteville, SC 29829).
