He is survived by: his wife Leah Thornley Leake; his stepdaughters, Lana Swopes (John McQuerry) and Lindsey Peterson (Kyle); his stepmother Otelia Leake; his stepsiblings, Jesse Leake, Andrea Harmon (Chris) and Kimberly Rasping (Rod); his nephews, Warren Turner (Randi Davenport) and Chevy Smith; and his uncle Ray Leake (Maria). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
