He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Toole and Learta W. Toole; and his siblings, Marie Keenan and Dean Morrison. He is survived by: his sister Kathy Kneece (Jack); his nephew Wes Keenan; and his close friend Shirley Sligh.

In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to the Sweetwater Church of God Mortgage Fund at 1444 Edgefield Highway.
