He was predeceased by: his former wives, Lois Hallman and Joyce Brown; and his brothers, Carroll, George and Wille Fulmer.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia "Cindy" Busbee (late Carl) of Aiken, SC, Amy Roberts (Chuck) of Aiken, SC and Barry P. Fulmer (Vickie) of Aiken, SC; his brother Otis Thomas Fulmer, Jr; his stepchildren, Randy Brown of Aiken, SC, Debbie Tomlinson of Dundalk, MD, Christine McGuire and Leslie Fischer; his grandchildren, Russell "Rusty" Busbee, Brian Busbee, Rachel Roberts, D. J. Roberts, Dylon Riley and Robert McClain, II; and his great grandchildren, Natalie Busbee, Tanner Busbee and Corina Treon. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
