She was predeceased by: her parents, Josey Puella Bryan and William J Lipsey; her husband James Peter; and her son James Arthur. She is survived by: her daughter Nicki Mitchell PeGan; and also Donald R Laughinghouse. She is also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces; a nephew.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the John F PeGan Memorial Scholarship provides 4-year scholarships and emergency aid, would be a fitting tribute to Hazel's lifetime of service and love.
