She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Altman and Martha Lee Franklin Altman; and her siblings, Lois Scott, Harold Lamb and Jack Gary.
She is survived by: her husband James Murphy; her children, Lynne Pitzer (Jay) and Michael Murphy (Jennifer); and her grandsons, Grayson Pitzer, Noah Murphy and Matthew Murphy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
