He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Lee and Geraldine Lamb Todd; and his brothers, Larry J. Todd and Howard R. Todd. He is survived by: his wife Darla Rogers Todd; his children, Jason Todd (Sherry) of North Augusta, SC, Gary Lee Todd, II (Carrie Smeal) of Warrenville, SC and Nicole Williams (Charles); and his grandchildren, Ethan Todd, Seth Todd, Landen Todd, Charlie Todd and Emmie Todd.
