He was predeceased by: his former wife Nellie Hicks Harling; his wife Oudia K. Harling; and his parents, Eugene Forrest and Carrie Ott Wood Harling. He is survived by: his children, Mike Harling (Lynne) and Vicki Babb (Bill); his stepdaughters, Carolyn Stambaugh and Becky Stambaugh Cochran; his grandchildren, Jeremy Babb (Ashley), Jordan Babb (Emmalie), Jonathan Babb (Nikki), Taylor Harling, Ashlyn Harling, Madison Cochran and McKenzie Cochran; and his nieces, Carolyn Rearden, Bonnie Hammond, Barbara Jean Hutto Pitts and Sandra Morrison. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
