He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward C. Thuring, Sr. and Cathleen Glover Thuring. He is survived by: his wife Cathy D. Thuring; his daughter Amber Thuring; and his stepchildren, Michelle Cochran, Carolyn Wall and Christopher Craft. He is also survived by four grandchildren, eleven step grandchildren and five step great grand children.
