He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lawrence Colyer and Joyce Ann Rhinehart; and his stepfather Barry Rhinehart. He is survived by: his wife Karen Marchant Colyer; his daughters, Kisha Brown (Jon) and Jennifer Swearingen (Scotty); his grandchildren, Tristan Herring, Bryson Swearingen, Kaylee Swearingen, Gracelynn Brown and Baylee Brown; and his siblings, Johnny Colyer (Angie), David Colyer (Denna), Linda Bonvillan (Beau) and Debby Greggory (Freddie).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Memory of Donny Colyer to the Graniteville Community Church of God at 208 Bettis Academy Road.
