She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Jo Montgomery and Warren Jackson Oliver Sr.. She is survived by: her husband William Arthur; her children, Keith Fulmer (Ashley), Kim Fulmer Carswell (Ted) and Davina Little Bates (Derrick); her brother Warren J. Oliver Jr. (Patrick DeGue); her grandchildren, Whitney Rearden (Todd), Taylor Fulmer, Tucker Fulmer, Ethan Power, Jayden Harris and Payton Harris; and her great grandchildren, Aiden Rearden, Savy Rearden and Tatum Johnson.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Napier Funeral Home & Crematory (315 Main St, Graniteville, SC 29829).
