He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Skillman and Ruby Gay Eubanks. He is survived by: his wife Janet B. Skillman; his children, Wendy Hathcox (Joseph), Sandra Simons (Bryan), Judy Hancock, Randy Skillman (Gabrielle) and Todd Sawin; his stepsons, Jamie and Donald Hancock; and his siblings, Vivian Tapley (Jeff) and Donnie Skillman. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
