He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Bell and Alene Mitchell Bell; and his siblings, Laura Bell Wynn, Barbara Bell Canady, Everette Bell, Steve Bell and Ronnie Bell.
He is survived by: his close friend Vicki Bush Toole; his daughters, Dana Bell Brooks of North Augusta, SC and Jessica Bell of Aiken, SC; his siblings, Virginia Krepps (Gus) of Florida and Pete Bell (Patsy) of Clearwater, SC; his grandchildren, Kayla Montgomery, Kyle Attaway, Kerrigan Grey, Kaidyn Grey, Carter Grey and Kyson Grey; and his great grandchildren, Eleanor Montgomery, Wyatt Montgomery and Gracelynn Attaway. He is also survived by his friends and neighbors.
