He was predeceased by: his mother Karen Ellen Cook Lewis; and his sister Angie Fields. He is survived by: his children, Steven Lewis (Bentli), Eliza Edmond (Damon) and Amber Lewis; his grandchildren, Bowen and Landry Lewis; his sisters, Michelle McLeod (Chris) and Annette Rushton (Richard); and his father Clifford Dale "Cliff" Lewis, Sr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
