He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thurmond Eubanks and Janie Eubanks (Moore); and his grandson Dayton Eubanks. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis R. Eubanks; his sons, J. Clay Eubanks (Traci), L. Cody Eubanks (Heather) and J. Cory Eubanks (Mallory); and his grandchildren, Chandler Nicole Eubanks, Madison Taylor Eubanks, Bennett James Eubanks and Bradley Wayne Eubanks.
