She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Terry Prosser and Amy Prosser; her sister Ansley; her pet Remi; her grandparents, Rickey, Vicky Carter, Terry, Sr., Jo Prosser, Peyton and LuAnne Northington; her cousins, Julie Knight, Brian (Victoria), Zane Prosser, Shannon Pulfrey, Josh (Landon), Marlie Prosser, Stephanie Northington, Shelby, William Northington, Sarah (Blane), Ashley Cato, Chad (Law) and Andrea Keisler; and her close friends, Jonathan, Kayla Prosser (Case), Bill and Dana Defenbaugh (Minelle). She was also cherished by her parents and sister, family members.

To continue Carly's legacy, the family has asked that memorials be made to the Carly Unlimited Scholarship.
