He was predeceased by: his mother Natasha Spires; and his grandparents, Harold and Donnie Cook. He is survived by: his daughter Hayden Ansley Cook; his father Barry H. Cook; and his siblings, Corie Alan Cook and Brittney Michelle Cook.
