She was predeceased by: her spouse Walter H. Williams, Jr.; and her parents, Jewell Thomas and Zana Dillard Rowzee. She is survived by: her children, Glenn Williams, Jason Williams and Andrea Williams; and her brothers, Shelby Rowzee and Madison Rowzee. She is also survived by two step grandchildren and one step great grandchild.
