He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Shealy and Janis Goldman Shealy. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Shealy; his sons, Alvin Bradley Shealy (Lynn) and Matthew Clayton Shealy (Joyanne Jernigan); his siblings, Calvin Shealy (Doris), Wesley Shealy and Jeanette Eargle; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Braden Shealy and Khloe Hunsinger.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the Parkinson's Research Foundation at 200 SE 1st Street, Suite 800, Miami, FL 33131.
