We bid farewell to Alice Gwen Whitt (Graniteville, South Carolina), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 14, 2025 at the age of 88. Alice Gwen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her spouse Joesph M. Whitt; her parents, John A. Efird and Ethel Efird Thompson; her stepfather Fred Thompson; and her siblings, John Efird (Avis), Alfred Efird (Helen), Ray Efird (Pat), Bobby Efird (Sara), Frances Posey (Preston) and Grace Alison (Hugh).
She is survived by: her children, George Clayton "Clay" Whitt (Cindy) and Tamara Whitt Lott (Terry Hudson); her grandchildren, Amanda Weathersbee (Robbie), Daniel Lott (Candace), Joseph Whitt (Sage) and Allison Cogburn (John); and her great grandchildren, Remington Weathersbee, Kerington Weathersbee, Cooper Weathersbee, Lawson Lott, Charlotte Lott and Wells Whitt.
