She was predeceased by: her husband William "Billy" Creed; her parents, Arthur Lowe and Erma Lowe; and her siblings, Dorothy Coleman, Mary Shumate, Watson, Wayne Lowe, Harmon Lowe and Dan Lowe.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Blackmon and Tony Creed (Kristin); her grandchildren, Sydney Blackmon, Justin Blackmon, Hayden Blackmon, Wes Creed, Allie Creed and Anna Creed; her great grandchildren, Bentley Frix and Hudson Barnhill; and her siblings, Nancy Merritt, Debbie Parker, Rob Lowe, Larry Lowe and Tony Lowe. She is also survived by her family, many friends.
