He is survived by: his wife Linda Forney Collins of Goose Creek; his daughter Brandy Rose Collins; his stepchildren, Beverly Parker Caskey, Barbara Parker Prettyman, Kayce McCall (Anna), Kamren McCall (Cara) and Donald Parker; his sister Connie Roebuck (Jim); his siblings-in-law, Billy Forney (Teresa) and Bonnie Trumbetic (Kevin); his nieces, Cassie Trumbetic (Sonny) and Maggie Trumbetic (Brandon); his nephew Brad Forney (Kina); and his grandchildren, Bess, Peyton, Cheyanne, Gabe, Arianna and Gavin.
