It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rosetta Knox of Goose Creek, South Carolina, who passed away on January 24, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Robert Chambers and Annie Pearl Howard Chambers; her husband Robert Knox Sr. (RL); her son Robert Knox Jr.; and her godson Felix Bennett (Pulum).
She is survived by: her children, Jurell Knox (Cynthia) of Hazlehurst, Adrian Knox of Decatur, GA, Patrick Knox Sr. of Hazlehurst, GA, Luetta Inniss of Grovetown, GA, Desarie Knox of Hazlehurst, GA and Roberta Torres (Terrell) of Lithonia, GA; her daughter-in-law Pamela Knox of Goose Creek, SC; her siblings, Benny Burch of Brunswick, GA, Willie Pearl Chambers of Hazlehurst, GA and Elizabeth Hood of Baxley, GA; and her siblings-in-law, Genether Ellis of Hazlehurst and Willie C. Knox of Waycross, GA. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the King Brothers Funeral Home and Cremation Services - Hazlehurst (151 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Hazlehurst, GA 31539). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bennett Tabernacle Holiness Church (26 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Hazlehurst, GA 31539).
