It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald M. Cummings of Goose Creek, South Carolina, born in Holly Hill, South Carolina, who passed away on June 28, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Beatrice Martino Cummings; his brother James "Bill" Cummings III; his father Rev. J. P. Cummings Jr.; his brother Gregory Cummings (Marilyn); and his aunts and uncles, Catherine Williams, Ann Hornbeak, Daniel Martino, Howard Martino and Thomas Martino.
He is survived by: his daughters, Taralyn Cummings (South Carolina), Jasmine Cummings (Virginia) and Audrey Townsend (Frederick); his grandchildren, Jayda Cummings-Drummond, Braxton Townsend and Brenton Townsend; his sisters, Sharon Giles (Columbus) and Patricia Vanderhurst (Michael); his nieces and nephews, Omar and Haymanot; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Angel Cummings and Katrina Cummings-Sangutei; his uncle Anthony Martino; his aunts, Vernell Butler, Ruby Thompson and Queen Rouse; and also, Jordan and Columbus Jared Giles.
