He is survived by: his wife Jeanette LaClair Wade; his children, Amber Nichole, Tara LaFay Wade of North Charleston and Richard Travis Wade; his brother Bubba Wade of Macedonia; and his grandchildren, Sean Alexander Wade-Gonzalez, Tinsley Nicole Echtle, Bella Camille Wade-Gonzalez, Wyatt James Echtle and Walker Joseph Echtle.
