Rex H. Macy Jr. Obituary
Rex H. Macy, Jr. of Goose Creek, SC passed away on Monday, May 8, 2023.
He was born on May 26, 1948 in San Jose, CA. He was the son of Frances Macy and the late Rex Macy Sr.
Rex served in the Air Force for 20 years and obtained the rank of Master Sergeant. He was a loving husband and father.
Rex was preceded in death by his father, Rex Macy Sr. and his brother, Ronnie Macy.
Rex is survived by his wife, Francene Macy; sons, Brian Macy and Jason Macy; stepdaughters, Candace Cox and Heather Smith; along with nieces and grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at Trident Baptist Church, 100 Montague Plantation, Goose Creek SC 29445. There will be a private graveside to be determined at a later date at Beaufort National Cemetery, 161 Boundary St., in Beaufort, SC 29902.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Charleston Animal Society, 2455 Remount Road, North Charleston, SC 29406.
