He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Dudley and Elmer Weaver; his daughter Darlene; and his siblings, Garland, Corine, Sue, Mildred and Ruby.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Weaver; his sons, Ricky Weaver (Lisa) and Keith Weaver; and his grandsons, Tyler and Austin. He is also survived by his great grandchildren.
