She is survived by: her husband Vernon L. Ex; her children, Teresa Starnes of Hanahan, SC, L. Joyce Ex (Steve Lubeskie) of Goose Creek, SC and Lowell Ex of Ladson, SC.; her grandchildren, Jennifer Middleton (Bobby), Ashley Starnes, Chelsea Ex-Lubeskie, Chris Starnes (Itzel) and Connor Ex-Lubeskie (Haley); and her great grandchildren, Harley Murphy, Savanna Middleton and Abigail Collie.
In lieu of flowers, donations on behalf of Phoebe may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
