She is survived by: her husband Joe Louis Palmer; her siblings, Glen Cobbs (Beatrice) of St. George, SC, Harry Cobbs (Lilly) of St. George, SC and Jessie McCray (Frankie); her sisters-in-law, Blondell Carlers, Ella Bee Jenkins, Janie Ruth Palmer, Ruth Cobbs and Patricia Cobbs; her stepchildren, Mary Lou Geathers of Goose Creek, SC., Suzanne Jefferson of Goose Creek, SC., Rev. Ronald Jenkins (Carolyn) of Goose Creek, SC. and Benjamin Gethers (Kissiah) of Goose Creek, SC.; her adoptive daughter Eulanda Cameron-Bethea (Terrance) of Moncks Corners, SC; her goddaughter Amber Jennings of Dubai, UAE; and her uncle Cecil Cobbs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
