He was predeceased by: his wife Juanita Quinit; his parents, Benito Arcalas and Lucia Arcalas; and his sisters, Marcelina of Asis and Angelita Bulseco.
He is survived by: his children, Nelia Boykin (Scott), Nilda Gabuyo, Noemi Rodriguez (Johnny), Joven Arcalas (Dawn), Nicolas Arcalas Jr. (Monique) and Jerry Arcalas (Hye Sun); and his siblings, Isabelo Arcalas (Sophia), Atilano Arcalas (Josephine), Violeta Arcalas and Lourdes Bulseco (Rogelio). He is also survived by his 6 children, 14 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
