With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Modine Hawkins Pate (Goose Creek, South Carolina), born in Excel, Alabama, who passed away on December 20, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude McCrory and Nellie Ryals McCrory; her former husband Homer Bevis Hawkins; her son Ricky Hawkins; and her granddaughters, Taylor Miller and Breck Bordeaux.
She is survived by: her spouse Holley Pate; her children, Dale Hawkins (Kim) of Goose Creek, Tim Hawkins (Lisa) of Eutawville, SC, Linda Hawkins Fiddie (Paul) of Moncks Corner, SC and Jane Warren (Dale) of Sheldon, SC; and her stepchildren, Melanie Mann, Kim Murillo and Andy Pate. She is also survived by 6 step-grandchildren.
