He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Senyk and Marilyn Senyk. He is survived by: his spouse Phyllis Senyk; his sisters, Jackie Walsh (Joe Walsh) of Lake Worth and Marianne Hemer (Eric Hemer) of Lake Worth; his niece Julia Hemer of Lake Worth; and his stepchildren, Elizabeth McClain of Morehead, KY, Vicky L. Mosley of Covington, GA and Lenville Mosley, Jr. of Somerset, KY. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great- grandchildren.
