She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha White Pruitt and Sidney S. Pruitt, Sr.; and her grandchild Darlene Upchurch Burke. She is survived by: her brother Sidney S. Pruitt Jr.; and her children, Walter, Byron, Barbara, Wanda and Mona. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren and great, great-grandchildren.
