She was predeceased by: her parents, Christino Arduino and Mary Calabro Arduino; and her sons, Ralph and Carl Stockton. She is survived by: her husband Charles Riggs; her children, Chuck Riggs (Dianne), Michael Riggs (Lisa) and Rosemary Cote (Ron); and her grandchildren, Jessica Niemic (Ryan), Justin Riggs (Zoey), Dana Stockton, Donna Reed and Angela McMullan.
In addition to being a homemaker, Louise was a talented crocheter and donated many of her works to Navy Relief.
