He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Milton Werley and Althea Fenial Werley. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Lorraine Werley; and his children, Douglas Lee Werley (Stephanie) of Myerstown, PA, Tina Lynn Infanti, Marcus Robert Infanti of Cressona, PA, LeRoy Paul Werley, Jr. of Hamlet, NC and David Stewert Werley of Summerville, SC. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
