She is survived by: her mother JoAnne F Kaylor; her husband Jeffrey Alan Smith; her children, David Jeffrey Smith, Ryan Kaylor Smith and Kaylor JoAnna Smith; her pets, Annabelle, Jackson and Brindie; her brother David Daniel Kaylor, II of Venetia, PA; and her nieces and nephews, Alec and Allie. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
