She was predeceased by: her parents, Dayton H. Dugger and Marie Tester Dugger; her husband Charles H. Watson; and her sister-in-law Betty G. Saylor Dugger. She is survived by: her brother Robert C. Dugger of Watauga, TN; her nieces, Gina A. Davis (Conrad) of Williamsburg, VA, Twyla J. South (Bryan) of Watauga, TN and Christy D. South (Barry) of Chugiak, AK; her nephew Ernest L. Dugger (Lana) of Kingsport, TN; and also, Steve and Karen Bedenbaugh. She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews as well as great-great nieces and nephews.
