He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Ella Bennett Brown (Herbert), Sammy Knights, Johnny Knights (Paulette), Barbara Knights Wilson, Shirley Knights Dixon (Danny), Lorrain Knights Townsend Lindwood, Silas Knights, Jerry Jenkins, Howard Knights (Charlean), Shelia Knights Glenn (Andrew) and Tammy Jenkins McCray (Anthony). He was also cherished by 27 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
